Jumuika Hub KE (“Jumuika”) is a WhatsApp-first digital commerce facilitation/ coordination platform between buyers and verified independent vendors. Jumuika does not directly sell goods or services and does not handle payments between buyers and vendors.
1. Platform Role
Jumuika Hub KE acts solely as a facilitator/ coordinator. All goods and services advertised or discussed through our platform are provided directly by third-party vendors, who are solely responsible for fulfillment, delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
2. Refunds
Jumuika Hub KE does not offer refunds, as we do not collect or process payments on behalf of vendors or buyers.
Any refund requests must be directed directly to the vendor involved, in accordance with the vendor’s own refund or cancellation policy.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations of bookings or services are subject to the individual vendor’s terms. Buyers are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to vendor-specific conditions before confirming any transaction.
4. Disputes
While Jumuika Hub KE does not mediate financial disputes, we may, at our discretion, assist users by facilitating communication between buyers and vendors where appropriate.
