We do not directly provide goods or services unless explicitly stated.

3. User Eligibility

By using Jumuika Hub KE, you confirm that:

2. Information you provide is accurate and lawful

4. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors using Jumuika Hub KE agree to:

1. Provide accurate listings and pricing
2. Fulfill bookings and orders in good faith
3. Comply with applicable Kenyan laws and regulations
4. The fact that Jumuika Hub KE is not responsible for vendor performance or service quality.

 5. Payments & Transactions

• Payments are processed via third-party payment providers (e.g., M-Pesa).
• Jumuika Hub KE does not store sensitive payment credentials.
• Transaction disputes must first be resolved between buyer and vendor.

6. Messaging & Communication

Users consent to receive transactional and service-related messages via WhatsApp.
Marketing messages are sent only with explicit opt-in consent.

7. Prohibited Use

Users must not:

1. Engage in fraudulent or illegal businesses/ activities
2. Abuse, harass, or mislead other users
3. Attempt to disrupt platform operations

Violation may result in suspension or termination of access and subsequent subjection to the applicable legal procedures.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, logos, and systems are the property of Jumuika Hub KE unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Jumuika Hub KE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Use of the platform is at your own risk
