Platform Overview

One Dashboard. Every Sale, Message, and Payment — Connected.

Jumuika Hub KE is a commerce automation platform designed to connect WhatsApp conversations, product catalogs, and payment confirmations into a unified workflow. Businesses use the platform to manage customer inquiries, confirm orders, trigger payment requests, and maintain accurate inventory records through a centralized dashboard. The system operates as a multi-vendor SaaS platform where each business account runs independently while sharing the same underlying infrastructure.

WhatsApp Integration

Connect Your WhatsApp Business Account in Minutes

Businesses connect their approved WhatsApp Business Account using Meta’s secure Embedded Signup process. Once connected, Jumuika Hub KE interacts with the Official WhatsApp Business Platform through secure API connections, allowing incoming customer messages to trigger configured automation workflows. Vendors maintain full ownership of their WhatsApp Business account, phone number, and customer relationships at all times.

Getting Started

From Registration to Live in Five Structured Steps

Vendors begin by creating a Jumuika Hub KE account and completing the onboarding process. The typical setup sequence includes connecting a WhatsApp Business Account through Embedded Signup, uploading product catalog information, configuring automation workflows, and enabling payment integration. Once configuration is complete, the system begins processing incoming customer messages and automating predefined order workflows.

Real-Time Automation

Events Trigger Your Workflows Instantly

Jumuika Hub KE processes real-time events from external systems through webhook integrations. When a customer sends a message through WhatsApp or when a payment confirmation is received from the M-Pesa infrastructure, the platform receives the webhook event and evaluates it against the vendor’s configured automation rules. This event-driven architecture allows the system to respond instantly to customer interactions and transaction updates.

Payment Security

M-Pesa Integration Handles Payment Requests Securely

Jumuika Hub KE integrates with the M-Pesa ecosystem through secure API connections provided by Safaricom. When a customer confirms an order, the platform can initiate an M-Pesa STK Push payment request. Payment confirmations are received through API callbacks from the M-Pesa system. Jumuika Hub KE does not process, store, or hold customer funds. All financial transactions occur within Safaricom’s M-Pesa infrastructure.

Automation Rules

Configure Workflows That Respond Automatically

The automation engine processes incoming customer messages using configurable rules defined by each vendor. Workflows can respond to product inquiries, confirm orders, trigger payment requests, and send order status updates based on predefined conditions. This rule-based system allows businesses to automate common sales interactions while maintaining control over how transactions are handled.

Data Isolation

Your Data Stays Completely Separate

Jumuika Hub KE operates using a multi-tenant architecture designed to support multiple independent vendors. Each vendor account is logically isolated, ensuring that product catalogs, customer conversations, orders, and payment records remain private and inaccessible to other businesses on the platform.

Security & Compliance

Built on Compliance, Secured by Design

Jumuika Hub KE operates in accordance with WhatsApp Business Platform policies and Kenya’s Data Protection Act. All integrations use encrypted API communication and strict access control to protect vendor and customer information. WhatsApp and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. Jumuika Hub KE operates as an independent platform that integrates with the WhatsApp Business Platform through official APIs.
